Toronto, July 18, 2020 – UTU, the world’s first blockchain-based value community (DAC) platform, has signed an angel round investment ‘Letter of Intent’ with Ultimus Capital, and will receive funding in the millions of dollars. This round of funding will be used for continued beta testing and the optimization of the UTU App, core team operations, as well as social media campaigns and brand promotion enhancements.
The first beta testing launch is aimed for September 20th, 2020 with an ongoing strategy to attract and register influential personalities onto the UTU Social App with their own (DAC). For those new to the technical term, D.A.C. stands for (Decentralized Autonomous Community) and UTU is at the forefront of this tech and social revolution that is on track to launch officially in 2021. The company has already integrated blockchain technology into its platform in anticipation for “True Users”, and in doing so will eliminate fake and BOT accounts from using its App.
